How to Return an Item

We want you to love your Fundamental Coast purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
Only items purchased on FundamentalCoast.com are eligible for return.
If you purchased Fundamental Coast from a retailer, please visit that retailer directly to process your return, as we are unable to accept returns for items not purchased through our website.

Holiday Extended Returns

Shopping early for the season? All orders placed between 11/28/2025 and 12/31/2025 are eligible for return through 1/31/2026.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Service team at CustomerService@FundamentalCoast.com to initiate your return. We will provide:

A return shipping label (flat $8.00 label fee deducted from the refund)
A Return Authorization (RA) number

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 4–5 business days for your refund to be issued back to the original form of payment.

Gift Returns

If you are returning an item received as a gift, and it meets our 30-day return eligibility, we will issue store credit in the form of an online code for the value of the item (minus the $8 return label fee).

All returns: A flat $8.00 return label fee is deducted from the refund or store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item and place a new order for the desired style or size. A free shipping code will be provided for your replacement order.
