What if I receive my order and it’s not what I wanted, is damaged, or I just change my mind?

How much do I have to order to get free shipping?
Fundamental Coast offers free domestic ground shipping for all $75+ orders within the continental US. Shipping on returns is also free of charge for full priced items. Read more about our shipping policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
We're thrilled you found us, but at the moment, we're only shipping domestically. But hey, we're not ones to sit still! We're tirelessly working behind the scenes to give you elevated, tactile, and 100% soft clothing essentials wherever you may be.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are shipped using UPS ground and arrive between 5 -10 business days from the order date, unless expedited delivery is requested.
Ground and Expedited Shipping is available Monday – Friday ONLY (order must be placed by 10 AM PST to ship same day)
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Yes, we have a new retail store in beautiful Hermosa Beach, right by the pier at 112 Pier Avenue. We’d love to see you!
Can I use my Fundamental Coast coast-to-coast gift cards at your store?
Right now, our gift cards are only valid for online store purchases. You cannot use your gift cards in our brick-and-mortar store.
Why are your clothes so incredibly soft?
Fundamental Coast diligently seeks out leading-edge textile technology, resulting in amazing fabrics like Andy Cashmere and Later Fleece, among others. These fabrics are created by special processes that result in the outstanding textures our clothing is known for. Some of our fabrics are made with oyster shells and plastic recovered from the ocean — We want to help contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
Where did your focus on tailoring and cut come from?
Fundamental Coast’s founder Charles Spisak worked as a men’s fashion buyer for 20 years. That’s where he discovered the intricacies of garment construction on shop floors and factories all over the world. Fundamental Coast is founded on his knowledge and his neverending exploration of new techniques and designs in the modern fashion industry.
